You have 14 days to return your products, in accordance with current regulations. We will only accept returns for products that have not been used and are in the same condition in which they were received, i.e. with the packaging or protective film sealed and intact. The product must be returned complete with its original packaging, accessories, any external packaging and instructions. For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used or tampered with cannot be returned. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Upon receipt of the package, the Pretty Lady team will verify that the return conditions are met to proceed with the refund of the amount of the products including any delivery costs, within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the return via the initial payment method.
